- Program Learning Outcome (PLO) 5 - Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling Program (RC): Students in the Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling masters degree programs within the Department of Counseling and Human Services at the 51°µÍø will: "Apply the specialized knowledge, skills, and attitudes to identify and implement evidence-based practices in collaboration with individuals who live with disabilities to achieve their personal, social, psychological, and vocational goals."
