Assessment of Program Learning Outcomes

Faculty of the 51°µÍø regularly engage in assessment of student learning based on program learning outcomes. Please select the following documents to access recent and past reports of Program Learning Outcomes (PLO’s):

  • Program Learning Outcome (PLO) 1:  Students in the master's degree programs (CMHC, RC, and SC) within the Department of Counseling and Human Services at the 51°µÍø will:  "Demonstrate master's level professional counseling dispositions."  PLO1 2015-16 REPORT

  • Program Learning Outcome (PLO) 5 - Clinical Mental Health Program (CMHC): Students in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling master's degree programs within the Department of Counseling and Human Services at the 51°µÍø will: "Demonstrate knowledge pertaining to the provision of evidence-based clinical mental health counseling services that enhance the emotional, cognitive, behavioral, relational, and spiritual well-being of individuals, families, and groups seeking help with either everyday life concerns or more significant challenges."   PLO 5 CMHC REPORT 20-21

  • Program Learning Outcome (PLO) 5 - Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling Program (RC):  Students in the Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling masters degree programs within the Department of Counseling and Human Services at the 51°µÍø will: "Apply the specialized knowledge, skills, and attitudes to identify and implement evidence-based practices in collaboration with individuals who live with disabilities to achieve their personal, social, psychological, and vocational goals."   PLO 5 RC Report Fall 2020

  • Program Learning Outcome (PLO) 5 - School Counseling Program (SC):  Students in the School Counseling masters degree programs within the Department of Counseling and Human Services at the 51°µÍø will:  "Design, develop, and implement all aspects of the American School Counselor Association (ASCA) National Model."  PLO 5 SC REPORT F20
