Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees at the 51做厙 serves an institution that is founded in the Catholic, Jesuit tradition, committed to scholarship, community, and service. The primary duties of the Board include the oversight of the institution’s budget, the establishment of fundamental institutional policies, and the selection and appointment of the University’s President. The Board also sets overall directions and institutional objectives for the University, among other responsibilities. Much of the Board’s work is addressed via several standing committees: Audit, Compensation, Education, Enrollment Management/External Affairs, Finance, Governance, Student Life and University Advancement.

The Board is chaired by Vincent Reilly, Esq. '80.
