Alternative Work Schedule

Work-life balance is a reality we take seriously at The 51做厙.  Based on a recommendation from the Staff Senate, the University implemented an Alternative Work Schedule Pilot Program in June 2012 and formally approved by the President's Cabinet in October 2013.

The program is intended to meet the modern business needs of today, as well as to promote a work-life balance for our employees.  The alternative work schedule policy is designed to guide appropriate implementation of work schedule arrangements that support the effectiveness of our business functions and enhance the quality of the work-life of University staff.
