Tell us about your internship experiences.

This past summer I worked as an IT Technician at H. A. Berkheimer in Bethlehem, PA. Here I was tasked with the job of upgrading all computers from Windows 10 to Windows 11, as well as physically upgrading computers to increase processing power.

I used my skills in cybersecurity to implemented company policies and security restrictions on user PCs and accounts.

I also further developed my computer networking skills by assisting senior techs in building a new Tier 2 network with a collapsed core layer and access layer for their new office.
